Being a first-time home buyer and a person who easily gets stressed out, I can say without a doubt that Todd Biedermann made the process of buying a home as stress-free as possible for me. It can feel overwhelming at times with the new knowledge you have to retain, but Todd is very good at making you feel at ease. He fully explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. One of the things I really value about Todd is that when I forgot how a process worked or couldn't remember what he had told me before, he patiently and happily answered my question again. Todd was wonderful to work with from the start! We had met him at an Open House. We weren't really looking to buy at that moment, but still wanted to check out the property. When we first began looking for a realtor to buy our new home my husband and I had the same opinion of realtors - they’re used car salesmen. Over the past 6 years, we’ve met dozens of real estate agents at open houses and formally worked with 3. Todd was the best agent we met BY FAR!
